The project involves the City of Constanta, one of the largest cities in Romania, with a population of over three hundred thousand inhabitants.
The Project is focused on the implementation of a modern integrated parking management system and on the related investments with the aim of achieving the best objective in terms of sustainability.

For several years, the EBRD has been strongly committed to investing in Romania in the Green City Program in which it aims at environmental impacts and in detail:
- Use EU environmental standards, including best available techniques.
- Reduce local pollution due to the related municipal activity.
- Improve resource efficiency.
The project, which aims to promote mobility, will be in line with the city's Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) developed in 2015.
This Project confirms the good collaboration with the EBRD Bank and pushes ITR Group to continue its work to help all Municipalities to find sustainable solutions for local transport.
